what is the starting point in a circle ?

Circle doesnt have a start point.
Circle doesnt have an end point.
Sometimes ...Circle's start and end point are the same ?

My Theory..
Circumference is possible only when Center is possible.
Can Circle exist without a center.
Circles are drawn only with a center.
Start and End points of the circle is its center. The origin.
