Process For Progress

The universe is process oriented. everything moves with split second precision, earth never dashes against the sun. It follows a process and so is perfect

The human body, all cells work in tandem. they follow a process, we evolve from child to a man/woman. It follows a process to perfection.

Why are we not able to do the same thing with the work we do ? why process is hated or not followed to achieve perfection ?
