Expanding Universe !!!

The earth revolves around the sun and it also rotates itself in an axis. The sun revolves around in the milkyway galaxy and other planets also revolve. they have a central axis for rotating. Similary the whole galaxy too moves about. and there are contained in a pattern. what is central to all these galaxy. who controls the process ?. how does it move about in harmony ? How? how ? how?
Which is the center that controls everything. If we are not able to travel atleast 100 times faster than light. how are we going to see all these places ,stars and galaxies and many unknowns, how, how and how ?
