Where is Gravity ?

Up i throw a stone in the sky
Down it comes in a swift fly

Reason was required to bring Clarity and
Newton called it Gravity

But where does it come from ?
From inside the Earth, the pull? or
From outside the atmosphere, the push ?
Was the apple pulled to earth ?
Or was it pushed to earth ?
